Have you deleted your Facebook account, changed your email address or are you unable to log in via Facebook for some other reason? You can disconnect your Hoplr account from your Facebook account. From then on, you will be able to log in using your e-mail address and a password of your choice.
If you are still logged in and want to disconnect your Facebook account, please read these instructions. Is it impossible to edit your settings because you cannot log in anymore? Then proceed as follows:
- Send an e-mail to support@hoplr.com with a description of your problem.
- We will give you a temporary password. This is necessary to switch from verification using a Facebook account to verification using an email address and password. We will then disconnect your Facebook account.
- We will send a "Forgotten Password" email. That way you can change your password without having to be logged in. The link in this email can only be used once, within 24 hours of being sent. Missed the mail? Request a new one yourself by indicating that you have forgotten your password.
- From now on, you can log in with your e-mail address and password of your choice.
Attention! Disconnecting your Facebook account does not change your e-mail address. Therefore, you must have access to the inbox of the mail address that you use for your Facebook account.
