If you move, you do not need to create a new Hoplr account, but you can change your address via the settings in the app or on the website by clicking on 'I'm moving' and following the instructions. You must have been a member for at least one month to see this option. If you encounter any problems, you can contact support@hoplr.com.
If you move, or change your address for another reason, you do not need to register a new account. You can indicate your address change via the settings of your Hoplr account.
Follow these steps:
Via the app:
- Log in to the app.
- Tap at the bottom right on 'More'.
- Tap on 'Settings'.
- Tap on 'Address details'.
- Tap the button 'I'm moving' and follow the instructions.
Via the website:
- Click at the top right on your profile picture and go to 'Settings'.

Select 'Address details'.

Click on the button 'I'm moving' and follow the instructions.
- Register with your new address. Read here again how to do that.
Note:
- You must have been a Hoplr member for at least one month to see the moving button in your settings.
- It is possible that there is no Hoplr neighbourhood available yet at your new address.
