If you move, or you need to update your address for another reason, you do not need to register a new account. You can indicate your change of address via the settings of your Hoplr account.
Follow these steps:
Via the app:
- Log in to the app.
- Tap 'More' at the bottom right.
- Tap 'Settings'.
- Tap 'Address information'.
- Tap the 'I’m moving' button and follow the instructions.
Via the website:
- Click on your profile picture at the top right and go to 'Settings'.
- Select 'Address information'.
- Click the 'I’m moving' button and follow the instructions.
- Register with your new address. Read here again if you need guidance on how to do this.
Please note:
- You need to have been a member of Hoplr for at least one month to see the moving button in your settings.
- There may not yet be a Hoplr neighbourhood available for your new address.
