How do I change my address after moving?

If you move, or you need to update your address for another reason, you do not need to register a new account. You can indicate your change of address via the settings of your Hoplr account.

Follow these steps:

Via the app:

  1. Log in to the app.
  2. Tap 'More' at the bottom right.
  3. Tap 'Settings'.
  4. Tap 'Address information'.
  5. Tap the 'I’m moving' button and follow the instructions.

Via the website:

  1. Click on your profile picture at the top right and go to 'Settings'.

  2. Select 'Address information'.

  3. Click the 'I’m moving' button and follow the instructions.

  4. Register with your new address. Read here again if you need guidance on how to do this.

Please note:

  • You need to have been a member of Hoplr for at least one month to see the moving button in your settings.
  • There may not yet be a Hoplr neighbourhood available for your new address.
