I'm moving, what do I do with my Hoplr account?

If you're moving or changing your address for another reason, you can update your Hoplr account in the settings of your profile.

  1. Go to Settings by clicking your profile picture at the upper right corner and select 'Settings'.


    If you're using the app, click 'more' on the bottom right, 'settings' and finally 'Account & login'.

  2. Under your address information, click the 'I'm moving' button and follow the instructions.


  3. Register with your new address. Read how.

Please note: It's possible that there is no Hoplr neighbourhood for your new address yet.

If you encounter any problems, please email support@hoplr.com. Tell us clearly what the problem is, and indicate your new place of residence.
