I have moved. What now?

Go to Settings by clicking your profile picture at the upper right corner and select Settings. At the top you can see the button 'I moved' next to the 'Address' subject. Click on the button and follow the instructions.

You will be disconnected from your neighbourhood and will be able to enter your new address. If you have a code, please enter it. From now on, you will have access to your neighbourhood.
If you don't have a code, you will be able to send a request to the neighbourhood's ambassador. If you don't want to wait for the ambassador's approval, you can send an e-mail to verify@hoplr.com with a picture of a letterhead or other proof of residence in attachment.

Please note : If your address is not in a Hoplr neighbourhood yet, you will be asked to set it up or wait for someone else to do so.

In case of problems, you can send an e-mail to support@hoplr.com. Clearly describe your problem and mention your new place of residence.
