How can I delete my Hoplr account?

Through the website (www.hoplr.com):

1. Make sure you are logged in with the account you wish to delete. Click on your profile photo in the upper right corner and select 'Settings'.
   
   
   
   
   
2. On the settings page, scroll all the way down and click 'Delete my account'.
   
   
   
   
3. Select a reason for deleting your account and click 'Delete'.

Through the app: 

1.  Click 'more' at the bottom right of your screen and choose 'Settings'.
2. Select 'Delete account'.
3. Select a reason for deleting your account and click 'Delete'.

Be careful, deleting your account is permanent. If you have a specific problem with your account (too many mails, inappropriate neighbourhood messages, you're moving,...), we may be able to help you. Feel free to contact us via support@hoplr.com.
