Our expertise. After having created some 1,000 active Hoplr neighbourhoods and managing our communities, we've gathered a lot of experience on what works and what doesn't. An ideal Hoplr neighbourhood consists of some 1,500 (anywhere between 1,000 and 4,000) households.
Input local government. Whenever a local administration initiates the rollout of an area, they provide us with input on where the virtual neighbourhood borders should be drawn.
