How can I ignore messages from external parties?

Hoplr works with local governments or utility companies that offer the Hoplr neighbourhoods valuable content (road works, waste collection, safety,...). Read more on external parties, here.

Via the website:

1. Open the menu by clicking on your profile picture at the top right corner.
   
   
   
   
2. Select 'Settings'.
   
   
3. In the third box ('External parties'), you can (un)check external parties to indicate which messages you wish to see or hide.
   
   
4. Click 'Save'.

Via the app:

1. Tap 'more' at the bottom right and then 'Settings'.
   
   
2. Tap 'External parties'.
   
   
3. Check or uncheck external parties to indicate which messages you wish to see or hide.

Note: By doing this, you may miss important information.
