Hoplr mails keep ending up in my spam folder, what can I do?

Hoplr emails sometimes end up in your spam folder. Below, read what you can do per provider to undo this. If this keeps happening, please notify us via support@hoplr.com. If needed, we can contact your provider.

Telenet

Drag the mails from your spam folder to your inbox or desired folder. Unfortunately, Telenet does not have an option to automatically mark all emails from the same address as 'safe'.

G-mail

  1. Click the cogwheel at the top right
  2. Click 'Settings'
  3. Then click 'Filters and Blocked Addresses'
  4. Click 'Create a new filter'
  5. Add 'notification@hoplr.com' to 'From'
  6. Then click 'Create filter with this search'
  7. Then select 'Never send it to Spam'
  8. Click 'Create filter'

Hotmail

  1. Click on the cogwheel at the top right
  2. Click on 'Options'
  3. Click on 'Safe senders' on the left-hand side under 'Junk email'
  4. Add 'notification@hoplr.com'

Outlook

  1. Go to the Home tab
  2. Click on 'Junk'
  3. Click on 'Junk E-mail Options'
  4. Click on the 'Safe Senders' tab
  5. Click on 'Add'
  6. Add 'notification@hoplr.com'
