You can easily unfollow surrounding neighbourhoods you follow on Hoplr via the website or app. Go to Settings, choose 'Follow neighbourhoods', deselect the neighbourhoods you no longer want to follow, and save the changes. Deselected neighbourhoods will immediately disappear from your feed, and you can always adjust this again.
If you have previously selected surrounding neighbourhoods to follow but no longer want to see their posts in your overview, you can simply 'unfollow' these neighbourhoods again. This can be done both via the website and via the app.

Via the website:

Go to Settings:
Log in to your Hoplr account, click your profile picture (or the menu) at the top right, and go to 'Settings'.

Open the overview: Click on the option 'Neighbourhood feed settings' in the left menu and scroll down until you reach 'Follow surrounding neighbourhoods'.

Deselect the neighbourhoods: You will now see an overview of the neighbourhoods. Untick the neighbourhoods you no longer want to follow (so that the tick disappears).
- Save the changes: Click the 'Save' button at the bottom to save your adjustment.
Via the mobile app:

Open the menu: Log in to the app and tap 'More' at the bottom right.

Go to Settings: Tap 'Settings' in the list and then choose 'Neighbourhood feed settings'. Select 'Follow neighbourhoods'.

Deselect the neighbourhoods: Untick the neighbourhoods you no longer want to follow (so that the tick disappears).
- Save the changes: Tap the 'Save' button to save your changes.
Tip: Posts from neighbourhoods you have unticked will immediately disappear from your feed. You can adjust these settings at any time if you want to stay informed about a surrounding neighbourhood again in the future.
