With the cross-neighbourhood feed, you can follow posts from up to 10 surrounding neighbourhoods without changing the privacy of your own neighbourhood.
What does this entail?
🌍 You can follow up to 10 surrounding neighbourhoods within a radius of 7 km. This distance is calculated based on the center of your neighbourhood and the neighbourhoods around it.
📋 Your neighbourhood feed displays posts from your own neighbourhood, the neighbourhoods you follow, as well as posts from your municipality or other partners.
🏘 Next to the author of a neighbourhood post, the street name and neighbourhood name are shown if the post comes from your own neighbourhood.
📍 If the post comes from a followed neighbourhood, you’ll see the municipality and neighbourhood name, along with the distance (in increments of 500m, 1km, or 5km).
👤 You can only see basic information about neighbourhood members from other neighbourhoods, such as profile name, profile picture, municipality, and neighbourhood name. You can only consult the list of neighbours in your own neighbourhood.
💬 You can only post in your own neighbourhood feed, but you can comment to posts from the neighbourhoods you follow.
⚙️ Posts from partners are only visible to members of the neighbourhood, not to followers of the neighbourhood.
