The content of the Hoplr neighbourhoods is closed off to external parties (such as local administrations and utility companies). External parties can post messages into one, several or all neighbourhoods via the Service Dashboard.
All expressions and reactions to their messages are visible to the external parties, however. That way, they can respond to questions from citizens.
Citizens can also explicitly choose to share a message with an external party. Read: How can I communicate with an external party in my area?
Messages that are visible to an external party are highlighted with a green bar.
All data available to external parties through the Service Dashboard is aggregated and anonymised. For more information, consult our terms and privacy policy.
