When you send a private message to a neighbor via Hoplr, check marks indicate the status: one gray check mark means the message has been delivered but not yet opened, two blue check marks mean the message has been read. Some neighbors don't check Hoplr daily, so it may take a while before a message is opened.
When you send a private message to a neighbor through Hoplr's chat, you can see the status by the check marks (V marks) below your message.
These are the meanings of the check marks:
One gray check mark (✓): Your message has been successfully sent and delivered to the other person. The message has not yet been opened.
Two blue check marks (✓✓): The other person has opened the conversation and your message has been read.
Tip: Have you seen one gray check mark for a while? Keep in mind that some neighbors do not check Hoplr daily. It can sometimes take a while before someone notices and opens your message.
